User Agreement

1. General Provisions

This Agreement defines the terms of use of the StatLink technical identification service (hereinafter — the "Service"). By using the Service to log in to partner resources, you confirm your full agreement with these terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a universal authentication node (SSO) and provides users with instant and secure access to partner resources. The Service's technology stack is based on next-generation identification methods:

• Use of secure cryptographic access keys (Passkeys);
• Integration with official authorization protocols of trusted providers (Google, Mail.ru, Telegram, etc.).

3. Role of the Service and Responsibility

• Technical role: The Service performs solely the function of confirming the user's identity (identification). The Service is not a provider of content, goods, or services hosted on partner resources.
• Division of authority: Issues related to granting access to sections of partner sites, populating resources, and interacting with their administration are outside the Service's competence.
• Access security: The User is solely responsible for the security of access to their devices and personal accounts of third-party providers used for login.

4. Confidentiality and Data

The Service ensures secure data transfer between the identification provider and the partner resource in accordance with international cybersecurity standards. All information processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

5. Other Terms

The Service administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement to maintain compliance with current technological standards. Continued use of the Service after publication of updates constitutes their automatic acceptance.
